Unfortunately it sounds as if you have blown the head gasket. If you have not overheated the engine to the point that you have warpped the head its self, then there should be no problems in having the head gasket replaced. However, until the head is removed and examined, as well as the engine, there is no way of telling if the engine is still good. Sometimes parts can be re-surfaced, but not always.
