First check the fuse. The horns are in the two front corners of the car. You have front marker lights, and below each of them there are plastic air slots that you can simply pop out. Behind each of them you will find a round flat object, that being the horn. With someone pressing the hord at the steering wheel, check each with a voltage meter, if no voltage is present, then it is probably the relay, or a bad ground. If voltage is present then the horns are bad. It is possible that one has been bad for a while and now that the other is gone you have noticed the problem. One side of the car is high frequency and the other is low, so keep that in mind if you buy new ones.

Good luck.
