Unfortunately, you may end up at the dealer. Some of Honda's SRS codes are proprietary, and so you may not be able to have them read at a shop besides athe dealer.

You might see if Autozone can read the codes, but I suspect they may not be able to. Since it is a safety related component, the dealer might not charge much to repair it.

You could try checking all your fuses, and then pull the battery cable off for 20 minutes.

Some sites imply that once you have an SRS code set, then you have to have the dealer reset it. So, who knows...
