I would think its a relay for u lights...check the fuses and maybe take a light tester to them to see if there is any electric going to them..I use to have a older accord that had the flip lights and the lamps got stuck and I pushed down and crushed something that blew my lights out...But I have moved up to a 93 accord and I didnt know there was daytime lights? Mines an LX... Also check I dont think u want to do this but if u do have daytime lights u might want to check the wiring where ur shifter is under the plastic pieces... If no luck let me know and I'll see what i can find out..
