Good day all. I am curious if anyone knows where the chime location is for the 1990 honda accord EX, My seatbelts are stuck in the up position and will not retract. Rather than chase that problem id rather disconnect the chime and take out the flashing seatbelt light from the dash. The noise from the chime is incredibly difficult to track down, so im hoping someone knows the exact location of it.
