Subject: 1989 Honda Accord

 I have a 1989 honda accord and the window will not go down. I have checked all the fuses and the relays and they are fine but all four windows will not go down. The sunroof and the power doors and everthing else seems to be working o.k. I do have a little electrical problem where the power to the radio and clock twitches. Can you please help me, tell where I should start first.
