Don,
Yes, the main relay controls the power to the fuel injectors, so it has been called many things including fuel relay, main relay, main EFI relay, EFI relay, etc.
It is above the left knee of the driver, pretty far up in the dash. For a friend of mine, he found it easier to take out the seat (only 4 bolts), so he could lay down and see it. Go buy one, and you'll then know what you're looking for. My friend just had to replace his again, but he had bought an aftermarket one, so I'd spring for the Honda one. He told me that the new one from Honda was definitely different from the one he took out, so apparently Honda has changed the relay.
In theory, you could re-solder the joints inside the unit, and I believe there is a website that describes just that.

However, I suspect you could have the problem return, and given the difficultly in seeing and replacing this relay, I'd suggest that it is money well spent to just replace it with a new Honda relay, and be done with it. Honda usually fixes their problems once they're identified, so I highly doubt you'll ever have the problem return.....good luck, glen
