Is it while driving or will it happen if the car is not moved during a rain event? You may have a rubber grommet at the fire wall that is torn, not seated properly or something. If you take a garden hose and start at the lower most grommet (probably be the gas, brake and clutch (if you have one) and work slowly wetting each one to check for leaks, you might find the source. Move up the fire wall checking them all.

Other then that, if you windshield has been replaced, I would assume that is you problem, a bad seal...
