You probably have taken care of this by now, but if not, insist that genuine Honda brake pads and rotors be used. The shaking is no doubt caused by warped front brake rotors. This can happen if the brake pads have been replaced with non-honda brake pads. Honda brake pads are different from other cars and aftermarket pads will not work - they cause the rotors to overrheat and warp.
