Not neccesarily related. I don't believe that the 91 Hondas have a oil pressure switch that somehow tells the engine not to fire if the oil is low. Instead, I'd suggest you turn the ignition on and see if you hear the fuel pump running. I assume you have fuel in the tank, and that the engine did not have any other symptoms.

You may need to verify that you have spark and that you smell fuel out the exhaust. If so, check for fault codes in the computer, but beyond that it may be hard to diagnose over the net....good luck, Glen
