I'd suggest you remove the plastic washer tank and inspect. You may have to remove the inner fender well/shield (plastic, and held in by plastic clips). The washer motor is at the bottom, and the seal may just be bad. If the tank itself is bad, a new one shouldn't be too expensive. Go to www.hondaautomotiveparts.com to see exploded parts diagram to help your diagnosis.......glen
