Eric,

First, turn off your caps lock. The moldy smell is caused when the evaporator drain is plugged or clogged. This drain allows the moisture that condensates on the evaporator fins to drain out of the car. That is why you see puddles of water beneath cars when the air has been used.

First find the drain line and make sure it is clear, not kinked, and is routed correctly. It is usually near the passengers toes.

As far as cleaning, I'm not aware of an easy way to get in there and pour any sort of solution without making a mess. I'd suggest making sure the drain line is clear, and then run the fan long enough to dry out the whole system. You might be able to remove the lower portion of the evaporator case and clean it out, but I am not familiar with your exact design.....good luck, glen
