I purchased my daughter a really nice 91 accord ex. it had a few minor mrchanicle problems we took care of already, but my main concern is that when you drive it and accelerate you hear a distinct chattering noise ,sounds like the engine lifters or valves , my concern is that the timing belt is old is the original one and is stretched or my valve lash needs adjusting, just how hard a job is it to replace the timing belt, and what should i expect to pay to have the belt replaced on average, thanks this is a great web site Donald Goss
