I'm driving three hours to look at this car that is currently sitting on a car lot which a friend works at. I'm getting it super cheap ($900) it needs to be safetied, I'm just worried that if I safety this car and spend $2000 to get it off the lot I won't make it home. I need this car because it's the only one I can get cheap insurance on. It is an EX 4dr it has 300,000km on it. What questions should I ask to make sure this car will last me a couple years and I won't have to put sooo much $ into it after I purchase it?
