To remove the headlamp housing, you have to remove the bumper cover - you don't need to do that. Also, no screwdriver needed. The bulbs turns in, and the connector prevents it from rotating out - the connector itself has a locking feature on it.

On the 4 cylinder, you just need to pull on the air intake snout that is right behind the passengers side low beam light. Then you can easily access the connector. Remove the connector, and then rotate the bulb to remove. Replace everything - the intake air snout has an indexer to get it in the right orientation and depth.

I'm not sure on the V6, but I highly doubt you have to remove the bumper. You may need to find someone with small hands, but I'm betting you can remove or just move a few things to get access...good luck, glen
