Hey people. I was looking forward to AW when I joined like last week, but this merger is not a bad thing. For some of you this will be your first and possibly only chance to get into GWA, for me it'll be my second time there. It's a good fed, though I don't think it's the greatest ever. I went to GWA after being a part of Meaningless Violence Wrestling. MVW was probably the greatest efedding experience I ever had. I had been in it for a year and a half or so and was extremely attached to it when it finally closed. Instead of retiring I went to GWA in hopes of moving on and getting over MVW. I won a couple matches easily and it could have been another good experience but my heart just wasn't into it at the time. It wasn't MVW. So I took a leave for a short while and then just retired instead of returning to GWA. That was a couple years ago. I just came out of retirement for AW and it looks like I can look forward to wrestling for GWA again.

They are a good fed, but my point is if you spend time comparing it to other things it will detract from your enjoyment. Now that MVW is just a great memory I can do this again. GWA did have the normal trash talk but there was also some good storytelling going on and I think if we all go over we can help make the place better than it is. My main thing is that we work hard on angles with our opponents because it adds a lot to a feud. Anyway I know I'm rambling left and right here, but I'm saying I'm all for this even though I wanted to see AW get off the ground. So like the others said give it a chance and see how you feel about it.
