I had problems with one of my children. I tried several things. I found help from the Feingold Diet. This is a book. My son is greatly effected by certain artificial colors, flavors, and preservatives, like many children. We eliminated these from his diet but he still had days where he would literally 'bounce'. The Feingold Diet eliminates foods that have naturally occuring 'salicylates'. (These foods are listed in the book or email me and I can send them to you) I changed my son's diet when he was four. He's ten now and I can't imagine if I hadn't - I was at the end of my rope! Hope this helps you too! TJ
