Heres what it means Its a put down on me

When the number 1 Expage authority (Pagepolice) comes under new rule (Me) it shall crumble beneath its own corruption (I'll screw it up so bad I'll go against hackers) and once the battle starts (Once we go against hackers) innocent blood will be shed (Many pages will be hacked) That's what it means. Don't worry I will not screw it up
