I'm sure you don't give a rats arse bout my opinion but i think yer system has a few loose ends... 1st... what it the time perios between each phase... a week, a month, a few days? second what about site that blatently disobey rules such as "fatpplsuck" asking them to remove the bad information is asking them to remove their own site... all the info is bad and to ask them to remove it would only spawn a fight between both of you... als0 many ppl may have made a site a few years ago and don't tens to it or anything and are unable to be contacted... what happens in a sinario like that...

but most importantly... it were admirable that you attempt to stop ppl from copying... i've had my homepage (expage.com/jlcspage) layouts stolen more than a few times but i think iw would be inpossibe to stop because 90% of layouts are "borrowed" with out permission and the thief is never found... some people put there layouts out for free and 10, 20, 100 people may have it for their layout... it may seem like copying but it's or course not.. it would take considerable research... the graphics especially... did YOU personally create the imagry on your homepage? if so your very talented... if not... are you directly linked to the site you from... because that bandwidth theft... illegal... they have to be saved to the users computer and uploaded... which i sure you've already done... if every page that has commited bandwidth theft was removed... well wow there be a few billion gone... any way i'll show you the unstoppable plauge of copy cats with a simpe but extrmly unessisary demostration...
