Ok, you really can't say that she copied "you". She may have seen it on your page, but you got it from www.magicwebcam.com so it isn't "yours". If anything, she copied magicwebcam.com, so she shouldn't say that she made it, although I see how she was thinking. She just took the monster picture and put it on another site, she didn't even have the camera. Sorry, I don't think we can help you.
