The one on the left is either Wheeljack, Jazz, or Prowl (I forget which), the kid is Spike or Buster depending on if it is the cartoon or comic. Then Optimus Prime, Ironhide, Ratchet, and I can't make out who is hiding behind Xander's head. :)

Left to right is as follows:
Wheeljack, Spike, Optimus Prime, Ironhide, Ratchet, and Bluestreak is the one behind the head. Sunstreaker is in the picture too, but he's completely covered up.
