Subject: Wooo Hooo, this sounds like something I might like to rent some night ;-)

Got this off the Bronze Shelter. As always, looking for Buffy, specifically Xander, news. Since there was none to be had, just had to bring this over here. I'm a BIG fan of Kane Hodder. That man could do more with a walk and scary background noise AND not say a word!! What a talent!! Actually Wolfy, this sounds like something you'd like. I'll let you know when I'm renting, you bring the popcorn.

Darkwolf, described by its director and co-writer Richard Friedman as "The Terminator with a werewolf" is currently lensing in downtown LA.

Kane Hodder, best known as Jason from the Friday the 13th movies, takes the lead as a biker who suffers from lycanthropy. His co-stars include Tippi Hendren (The Birds), Steven Williams (Jason Goes To Hell), Alexis Cruz (Stargate) and Mrs. Boreanaz herself, Jaime Bergman (Son Of The Beach).

Friedman describes the premise for the flick; “The story all takes place in one night, and is about a male werewolf who has to mate with an unsuspecting female werewolf to keep the species going, because they are the last in their line. A cop from a sort of LAPD werewolf-hunting division is trying to stop him, while some kids on the way to a photo shoot cross paths with the werewolf.”
