I haven't seen one of those in a while, they don't have White Castle in California. I could never eat their hamburgers, they were way too greasy for me plus I hate onions. We used to call their hamburgers "gut grenades" in high school. I do like their fried clams, though. I wish you get fried clams at one of the fast-food places here. Funny, though, you can get beef-tongue tacos at traveling tacos stands at night around here, if one is so inclined. I never have been, though. :)

I'm not taking a creativity class, although I am taking the class to help me with a writing project I'm working on. It's a magick philosophy class. It's sort of like a mythology/anthropology/world religions/philosphy class. It covers the basics of "magick" plus an outline of every major school of occult thought: Astrology, tarot, runes, alchemy, Wicca, the Qabala, Egyptian, Norse, Voodoo, Santeria, Chaos, Aleister Crowley/Golden Dawn, and a ton of other stuff. It's interesting. Hope you're not sorry you asked.

By the way, here's a hint if you ever want to find the rock that I sometimes hang out and sing on: Don't ask Ned the bum. He doesn't know. But you can sometimes find me by following my voice. Bring some of your pillows and garlic chicken, we can have a nighttime picnic! :)

Yeah a night picnic sounds pretty sweet. I'll have to do that. Also, White castle burgers are called 'sliders' 'round here because they slide right down being so greasy and all...

Magicks class? Sounds like something I would take. I like to look up things like magick (magik, magic, however you spell it), religion, and paranormal stuff on the internet... I find some pretty interesting stuff sometimes. If I wasn't so lazy, I'd like to keep track of all the stuff I find like in a notebook or something. But, that's alot of effort, and playing video games and watching tv shows with magic and paranormal stuff in them is so much easier.... But I have found some interesting stuff on the internet. There is a gateway to hell in Kansas.

Fried clams? Never had those. Not alot of clams out here in the midwest. Hell, we're excited to see water on the ground. "Wooo! a river!"

Yeah, the class is going to be a LOT of work. I have always been interested in mythology, magick, religion, etc. so I do have a foundation for a lot of the stuff we'll be learning. Still going to be a lot of work, though. Some stuff is totally new to me and will require outside research.

Yesterday we started on magickal alphabets. My Hebrew sucks, it's absolutely horrible. My letters come out looking like shit. So I am going to have to practice that a lot. The class is small enough that we work pretty closely with the teacher. She knows Hebrew is my weak spot and she's going to test me on the alphabet next week. Grr. But it's fun.

Ya know, I'm not entirely surprised to hear there's a gateway to hell in Kansas. Where is it, exactly?

It's in a cemetary in the very small town of Stull, Kansas. I have not been there (yet), but that is where it is supposed to be. Popular internet rumors are that if you go there you will be forced to leave by Police or some people claiming that they own the cemetary. But, if you do get into the cemetary, there is a very small old chapel type thing, and in the back somehwere are stairs that lead down. You have to search though, as they are supposed to be buried somwhat and overgrown with grass and what not. Anyway, supposedly it takes much longer (timewise) to go up the stairs than down them. Going down a little ways ccan lead to hours of walking up. Not sure how this works exactly... There was a very old creepy looking tree that was supposed to be where witches were hanged, but it was cut down because it was dead, even though the pictures show it clearly not dead.

So, that's what I know in a nutshell, just type in "Stull" on google and I'm sure you will find something interesting. There's alot more stories about the Devil actually showing up on holloween or something because he has a son burried there or something, but I'll let you find all those other tidbits of information.

BTW, there is supposed to be 7 gateways to hell, and i guess this makes up one of them. I read somewhere there is one in Siberia.. not sure why it's there though.
