Subject: Poll Time - Rattling around in this big ol' Castle with ....
... just the wandering Sage for company and a swim by post by Glory. So, with boredom comes a poll. I don't even care if anyone answers it, cuz it served it's purpose:)
1. Single Xander, or shipped Xander? If shipped, with whom (I know, for most of you posting here its a no-brainer, but humor me:)
2. What are the reason(s) for your answer above.
3. Besides BTVS, what are your favorite television shows?
4. Spike may come back with his streaked hair look (heard it over at the Big Bad Board and on Spoiler Slayer). Does this make you go ooooooo, or meh?
5. Super Xander or Human Xander? Why.
6. Favorite movie of all time?
7. Favorite computer game of all time?
8. Favorite beer (k. it's Friday, and I'm thinking happy hour)
9. Of his past loves (Cordy, Anya) who helped Xander grow more as a person?

3. Well of corse I like Buffy's TeleVision Show. :) I also enjoy such quality shows like the Simpsons and Seinfeld. Also lesser know shows like the Brak show and Aqua Teen Hunger force (although I think if you are high it makes the last one even funnier)

5. Why not both? Super-human Xander.
6. Monty python and the holy grail is pretty good. So is Tommy boy.

Never heard of Aqua Teen Hunger Force? Im not surprised. I actually did not make that up if you can believe that.

It's a short cartoon they put one sometimes after the Brak show. Very odd sense of humor in both those shows actually. Some of the episodes are funnier than hell, others are ok.
And yet another piece of the puzzle that is my life falls into place.

Another piece of the puzzle, huh? You know what my sister used to do to me all the time growing up. She'd sit on the last puzzle piece in order to hide it and that way she always got to put the last one in. Bitch!!! :)

Alas, I've never seen that show ... hmmmmm .... Seril and odd sense of humor ... has a nice beat, I can dance to it, I give it a 9. hahahahaha, I like it, your odd sense of humor!:)

Single - Back to the Beginning, we all have a stage like that in our lives. Xanya - because they deserve to know the truth about their relationship.

Really liked Dr. Zhivago as a kid (yes I knew what was going on), but there one with David McCallum called Hauser's Memory that was most interesting.

I don't really watch anything else regularly. I check in with Smallville now and then, but I'll only watch it if Lex is getting a lot of screen time. I got to watch my friend's cable last weekend while I took care of his pets while he was away, and I fucking LOVE the Discovery channel, the History Channel, The Iron Chef, and the cartoon network. Ah, cable,

I didn't hear about the streaked hair, I'd have to see what it looks like. I did hear that he was going to go dark hair, and that made me go, "Ugh." The blonde hair brings out and sharpens JM's features. If he had dark hair, he's be more ordinary-looking. I don't like ordinary. That's why I watch Buffy as opposed to something like Dawson's Creek.
5. Super Xander or Human Xander? Why.
Human Xander. He brings balance to the show's dynamic by being "normal," without powers. But I would like to see him used better next season. I would like to see him contribute more using his building skills—he should be building weapons or traps for Buffy to use.
6. Favorite movie of all time?
Of all time? That's tough. I don't think I could pick just one. Some favorites of mine are Ed Wood, Pulp Fiction, Vertigo, Fight Club.
7. Favorite computer game of all time?
Don't play computer games.

I used to like heavier beers, microbrews like Motor City Ale and Bell's Beer, but lately I've been sticking to lighter stuff. My current fave is Tecate, a Mexican beer.

I think Anya taught him more. She taught him what it's like to be in a long-term partnership.

Actually I can be happy with Single or Shipped. As long as Single gets some props and isn't treated like one. and shipped I of course and a hard core BXer but I didn't mind CX.

BX cause I root for the underdog, and that is Xander. CX for some of the same reasons. Single because well I want Xander to be shown as the guy who does what needs to be done for the right reasons and not just to recieve the glory.

well, i heard about him going totally dark haired, but i don't really care. i like NB!!!

human Xander. I like him how he is. he helps out without super powers, showing the he, the person, is a neccessity to the group and the show

That's hard. really depends what kind of mood I'm in, but Moulin Rouge is a current fave ... love Ewan McGregor (therefore also like Star Wars, though the earlier ones were better)

don't drink anymore (waiting to slip up) But Caffrey's was what helped me reach the no-more-drinking decision. Done 3 months with no alcohol whatsoever! ugh!

I like his character, but hes too much of a pretty boy for me. He can do whatever he wants.

Human. His avarage-guy presence is a kind of grounding force for the show.

I have a lot, but my sentimental favorite is The Parent Trap, the original with Hayley Mills. I grew up on it.

Not really into computer games, I am content with Snood and Spider Solitare.

Found this when Phae showed me her pic. Phae is cute, why was I not informed? ;)
1. I liked Xanya ... especially his speeches to her in S5 (ITW) and S6 (AYW). But since that's dead... Xuffy or bust!
2. The first one I already explained; the second one, to keep Spike off of Buffy.
3. Of the ones still on the air: Angel, 24, and Ed. My favorite rerun is NewsRadio (it's hysterical!! Best comedy ever, way too short lived)
4. Oh... most people know what I want to happen to Spike :)
5. Human Xander. But let the guy fight at least as well as a non-enhanced Riley. He's in construction, he should be reasonably strong, and he's been Scoobying it up for six years, I don't buy that he still can't fight. I do enjoy the occasional Accidental!Warlock!Xander -- librum incindire! -- and I say he does have some magic in him, but he just doesn't explore it, for, whatever reasons.

7. Just found this two weeks ago: GRAND THEFT AUTO 3. Drive crazy, shoot everyone, destroy everything. :)

9. Anya. She stuck with him through S4 while everyone else kind of ignored him (look at how he has to walk behind Buffy and Willow in Freshman, or at what happened in Fear, Itself). And of course the new job and apartment in "The Replacement."
