Subject: Time trial wheels

I'm interested in getting peoples opinions on what sort of wheels would be best for time trials around Wellington, e.g. Liverton circuit or Maymorn-Blue Mountains.

Are three or four spoke composite (HED3 or Spinergy RevX) wheels front and back more suitable than a rear disc due to the winds? Or are deep rim spoked wheels better and more aerodynamic?

Any thoughts you may have will be welcome.
