Subject: Looking for a special pup

I have a dog book and I was looking through it one night and saw a tiny dog. It was a picture of a Toy White Pekingese. It stands only 3 inches tall and weighs only 1 1/2 lbs. It says that it resembles the rare Pen-Lo Pekingese but I can't find any information about this mini dog. Do you have any information that will help me in locating one of these adoreable dogs?
