It's cause we get so many requests sometimes we kind of loose it.. Sorry about the attitude, but you must understand, 2/3 mails that come in are rom requests, and after a while, it just gets you mad.. Once again, I apologize for the attitude but hope that you understand that we dislike rom requests.. :)
