When it comes to easy study pieces, I think that Bartolome Calatayud and Dionisio Aguado are the greatest...
Calatayud have for instance written the fabolous tango Caramba, and it's quite easy, but it takes a little while to make it sound good if you are a beginner, as there's some quite tricky notes in it.
Calatayud have also made the very easy and very spansih Waltz, Spansih Waltz, or just Valse... You should give that one a go...
Aguado have also made a lot of brilliant, easy short pieces. For example Andantino and Etude(one of them... The most famous easy one...).
