To learn "arpeggio" execution a long terme exercise in mandatory.
You will start training your 2-3-4 right fingers for co-ordinate movements, picking softly guitar cords and inserting in that rhyrhm also the low cord (Fifth or Sixth) when the score needs it.
Experiencing about the above exercise, you will get speed....but, please, before to gain speed get a solid experience about the "arpeggio" technique.
