He did. The original was in C#minor, so I'm waiting for someone to tune their guitar down a half step and play the Tarrega version "in Beethoven's original key." The Tarrega version is rather unusual in the use of bass notes. You can probably get it through Guitar Solo Publications, which you can find online. I think the best version is by Barrios, however. It's in A minor, but very ingenious. The ultimate "romantic date number."
