No problem, Ray. As for being sturdy, it just matters how many "steps" you put in it. The Gundam display has four steps (three shelves glued down onto the four steps and an extra shelf glued to the back of the display for extra support).

So they have no problem holding the weight so long as the weight is evenly spread out among the steps. Hope that made sense, but it's late so I'm not sure.
