Subject: adidas Events in Atlanta

This past week Full Package Black made a serious push to win the adidas Tournament of Champions in Atlanta. Full Package loaded the Black team up teaming up both 6-5 Amy Jaeschke and 6-5 Sara Booth on a team that included Keilani Moeaki, Paige Fedorowicz, Allison and Maggie Mocci along with Angel Robinson, the dynamic point guard out of Minnesota. Full Package went 5 and 1 losing a close one in the semi's to eventual champion FBC Blue out of California. FCB Blue is the same team that defeated Chicago Hoops Express in the Deep South Classic Championship. Full Package played in the Elite Division.

In the same event Chicago Hoops Express I lost a close one to Team Texas in the Championship of the Select Division. Hoops Express was competing without the services of Devereaux Peters and Alison Jackson who both are finishing up a class in summer school. That team included Meshia Reed, Lykendra Johnson, Tatiana Ortiz, Veronica Hicks, Miame Giden, Hope Elam and Caitlin Pauley.

On July 12th a few area kids participated in the adidas Top Ten Girls Underclassmen camp. Ashley Wilson(Wheeling) and La'Terria Taylor(Von Steuben) made the All-Star team.

On July 15th some area kids participated in the adidas Top Ten Girls All-American camp. This camp included mostly seniors but some of the best underclass players. Making the senior All-Star team was Lykendra Johnson(Trinity), Amy Jaeschke(New Trier), Keilani Moeaki(WWS) and Angel Robinson out of Minnesota who plays club ball with Full Package. The underclass All-Star team inlcuded Sara Booth(Warren).
