It is in the Doctrine and Covenants. I have found that there are certain nutrients in animal protein that has helped our special needs lad. Poultry and fish are the best meats for him to eat, as the tryptophan in the one and the Omega 3s in the other help his brain chemistry.
He doesn't have night terrors or sleepwalking episodes
when he eats those two types of meat.

So...could excess of hunger be malnutrition?
