Subject: Jay, here it is...it is the same text, but I read some

thing different. It is Article 2, Section 2 stating that the Chief Executive is the commander in chief over the
Armed Forces and the state militias when called into the service of the United States.

I will have to be more diligent in that search, because what I read was that the president could command troops deployed overseas...which is certainly true, but
I still have my work cut out for me.
