Subject: Does Jeb Bush Have The Legal Authority To Stop This????

Ok those of you who know the law and Constitution better than I do. I have been watching Fox News and heard Jeb Bush say that he can not legally stop what is happening to Terry Schiavo, yet the family just came on and made a plea to him, saying he has the legal authority to stop this. Any comments from you legal scholars here????
