Most fireworks are banned in Pennsylvania as well. My grandma also has a police scanner. Every Independence Day, we would be setting off fireworks all over the place, along with at lesat 10,000 other citizens. : ) Its the single-handedly busiest day for the polic scanner. The one year, after about 100 reports of fireworks in the city, the police chief came over the scanner saying something along these lines, "All units stand down. Its useless." LOL!!!
