Ideally, I don't believe abortion, pornography, prostitution, etc, should be illegal. I sincerely believe that its BECAUSE government has gotten involved in these things to begin with (whether directly or through mercantilism... gotten involved THROUGH corporations or other organizations) However, they have gotten involved and the problem has become very real. So, in some cases, the church tells us to support anything to try and put a stop to them, often regulation by government. For example, the choice nowadays seems to be to either ban it or accept it. I think its pathetic. Neither one should be applicable. But the other dimension involved is either God's will or society's will. Typically, no government intervention in these topics would prove to be the best way to accomplish God's will... But Society has made it so that's not the case anymore.

I support the fight to stop gay marriage. But my support does not stop there. I fight to make it so that there are NO legal marriages... Its the same with abortion. I support the fight to ban them... But I also support the fight to make it so that banning it is not necessary. In other words, teach responsibility and morality for a change and let them choose. But letting them choose between the options that secular society has given them is NOT right.

I am fairly new to the LP as well as the CP and the GOP, etc... I'm only 20. LOL... I can remember the 2000 election, but was not too interested. I supported Bush because I thought there was hope in him. I was wrong. LOL. But, I was also only 14. By the 2004 election, I'd abandoned all of that for the belief in libertarianism... the CP and LP.

And I will state it again, I don't like the party system or the idea of suppporting a party. I know that all, once in office, will become corrupt. So, I am not registered with the LP or CP. As far as I know, I'm registered with the GOP. I don't plan on changing that, though... Not because I like being in the GOP, but because I just don't care enough to change it. LOL.
