Yes, there was contention,
and there was mud thrown from all sides. But what I found absolutely egregious, especially in a supposedly LDS
forum, was the use of four letter words. It was okay for
that to happen since it was directed at me, right? However I apologized to Jay (and he has apologized to me) for the things we said to each other.

As the forum moderator, you did see those posts and DID NOTHING. Same with Chuck. A non member, Deb, is the only one who stood up to Larry and called him on it. Funny how you remember only the things I did, but not what your friends did. If evil is evil no matter who does it, then
you should be honest enough to say that your friends weren't totally innocent and mine weren't the only offenses committed, but I was the one who had to go
since your friends' feelings were hurt.

You see, Kathy, several friends of mine gave me the password for this forum about a year ago...I think it was in August, and asked me to come back. I refused for several reasons; one, I could still see the one sidedness
was still happening and had not seen that there was any maturity in the tone of the board.

Jay took the first step in responding to what I had said,
which surprised me and touched me very much. I know that took a lot of courage and finesse to do that, but I also saw it as a sign of hope that we could discuss some issues without attacking the messenger.

I see with your current post that isn't going to be possible since your friends can do no wrong in your eyes.
And people think I am narrow minded and blind.
