I paid close attention to what he said in the days just before the Iraqi war broke out....and he changed what he said several times...over the course of just a few WEEKS! Not months!

I dont understand how any of our people can re-joyce(I know my spelling again!!) in the death and destruction of the Iraqi people. Even if Bush was right and telling the truth and we HAD to do this thing...how could any feeling person be happy and joyful about the pain and suffering of the innocent?
It makes my heart heavy, sad and just plain SICK to know that my nation struck first. And struck a nation that never hurt us.
I teach my children to NEVER strike first but to defend themselves IF the need is there.
How can one support this kind of thing without loseing part of themselves somewhere along the line?
But lets give Bush some credit. He didnt do this alone. He had plenty of help and support.
There is plenty of blame to go around. Starting with us the American people who the majority of can't even get off their backside long enough to even vote. Can you imagine what kind of power THE PEOPLE could have if they would do something as simple as showing up at the polls and voting!
Never will happen.
