We are not in favor of school-mandated prayer.

As to the godless and generic:

The beliefs within and among my family and friends intersect at places and part at other points. Regardless our paths, I have never deemed any one as godless or generic. I'm free to light candles, pray quietly to myself or on my knees and to wish all a Happy Easter or Easter Bunny as I see fit in the moment. The choice of any person who'd opt to worship at a swimming pool on a Sunday makes their goodness no less evident. IMO.

Yes, there has been much discussion online regarding Happy Holidays as opposed to Merry Christmas. I deemed it a non-issue; more than one culture celebrates a holiday that time of year. In the event it was a drowning out of Christianity as some seemed to wonder, what role did/do overly vocal Christians play within that media-touted drama? Because when a pendulum swings over-far in one direction it's a natural thing that it corrects in the opposite direction.

Natural laws (God's law?), humanity obeyed?
