Here's how you got the heart:

down at the bottom of the message space is a drop arrow with a bunch of icons. You must have accidentally clicked on it. Careful with that mouse next time, girlfriend! LOL. You might accidentally hit the angry one, and then we'd think that an alien had abducted you. You'd have us calling out the reserves for no reason.

Hmmm.... well, that'd be one way to get 'em home!
