. . . considered a hate crime. Instead of being racist, she was being a specist. Shame on her. Poor dog. Probably psychologically injured for life. Probably will never have a sex drive again. Probably won't be able to lift his leg at trees and fire hydrants, anymore. I'm sad they (Orange County) backed down. She should have been put in the slammer for at least 5 or 6 years. I'm so outraged, I can barely hold my hands still enough to type.
