This match happened ... I believe in March/early 1999 in Asbury Park, NJ at the Convention Center (made famous by Taz-Bigelow Living Dangerously). ECW crew didn't exactly set up the ring and explosives right and one or two didn't go off when Balls/Grimes went on it so it is show on PPV promos and ecw intros but never aired on television due to these errors but can buy on fan cam.
