a hiss echo's through the lands
t' this fool that speaks this way
to the great steed from which
their orders come from.
it swirls around him angrily before
returning to their real purpose.
the winds sway mournfully
'round great Demoness.
they speak softly to her,
in whispers as their name.
they gently brush against 'er
raven body in comfort and hope
fo' she, for this was not
what she saw o' it.
for 'twas mearily a mumble in the
wind fo' her,
telling her of her great gift.
for the owner o' the winds knew
that nay could one replace one as
he but a Ghost o' his former self
could come close to his standards.
thy gift was not that o' a mate,
less she make it so,
but a part o' himself that she
could look to and see o' his
horrorable past that he had left
in his wake many a time before.
the great gift was ment only as a comfort
t' the vixon,
nay a replacement but a part
o' the raven beast that left
thy lands o' his former self.
'twas a riddle he offered her,
a riddle o' his past and
'twas hers to solve.
