At the invitation, the Fach makes up her mind and trots forward, shoving her own head under Niira's hand. Her mercurial eyes half close, she's practically begging to be scratched as her brother is. The Bach is a little irritated at his sister's intrusion, and bats her with one paw, the spikes still soft so as to cause no lasting damage, knocks against her side, causing his sister to his and flinch back. Satisfied that his competitor for attention is gone, he presses Niira for further attention. His sister stalks off to sulk.

The youngest nods his head, causing his silver and gold fur to ripple, he likes the man's attitude. It was nice to be treated like the intelligent creature he was. After an enthusiastic response to Shak's greeting, he stands and trots off, intent on showing the man around the clearing. The Bach pauses at a clumb of blackberry bushes, and begins to look hungrily at them. A significant look is sent at Shak and at the bushes, and he waits patiently.
