I think you might be jumping to conclusions. Now, my intrest in kittie has fallen greatly since Fallon and Talena left, and i don't think Kittie will last too much longer, but these things happen. I've been in a band for the past two years where myself, and my guitarist have been the only two members to keep it together for longer that six months. Many members have quit and many members have had to be kicked out, usally due to diffrence in direction, influences, attitudes, or what have you. Young and aspiring musicians like myself, and like the girls from kittie, usally have to play with many, many people before they can find the right group. It just so happens that these girls were playing ozzfest while they were still trying to find the right people, instead of playing local coffie shops and talent shows like mostly all other musicians. My point is that youre first band, is almost never the band that makes it, it's usally actually quite far from the first. In fact, i'd be willing to bet that Kittie would hold the record on most popularity with fewest lineup changes. And on the talent of morgan, or any of the other members and ex-members, i'm shure that if you put them up agianst any other girls, or guys really, of their own age the girls of kittie would be better than most. Besides, when has talent ever had any bearing on success or popularity? As far as for the reason of Fallon and Talena's departature, in most of the interviews i've read or heard or seen Morgan is almost always the one talking, and this would lead one to think she was controlling or self-centred or something. But this is to be expected from a frontman (..er, uhh, i mean frontwoman), if there wasn't someone like that in a band, chances are that band wouldn't be at all popular. However, the fact that their origonal biography said that Fallon and Mercedes started the group and then Morgan wrote Fallon off as a hired hand does arise some confusion. I just wonder, considering the success of all these girls' first band, i wonder what they could do on following projects. I think we're seeing what one of them can do right here on this site. Looks promising, now i'm just waiting to see Talena's next project (i hope there is one).
