So how do you determine that somebody asking for a picture is just a collector of pictures versus a potential buyer? Personally, I'd like to know how many people are collecting photos of an unmarked daily-driver Diplomat.

Now, I do understand how you can consider Brandon as a "collector" of stupid pictures, since he asks for pictures of every single car that is listed.
