The Diplomat AHB is ex-New York State Thruway Authority 785, a/k/a NYSP (Troop T) 3T45, in service L-5/86--L-12/87, purchased as a "summer car" driver at auction 6/88, never operated in salt since, but stored outside. I haven't driven it in about six years, except for getting yearly DMV Inspection. Registration current to keep the neighbors and local authorities happy. Slightly audible exhaust valve leakage, but doesn't skip or lack for power. Retired at 87,000 mi., now has < 105,000. No rust on exterior, but shows effects of outdoor storage. Needs cosmetics...has older re-paint in original Nightwatch Blue (factory paint peeled off in sheets (as with all SP/TWY-order cars and many other MoPars of this era).
Priced fairly at $800, includes some extra parts and radio equipment. Located Syracuse, NY...look for intersection of I-90/I-81 on the map.
