INS what a joke, Border Patrol more like a leaky faucet, Customs, gee we can't check evey container (guess thats why most stolen cars end up overseas, )CIA were elite, FBI well they speak for themselves. Face it most of these agencies are just bureaucratic bumblers that can't even do the job they are suppose to much less protect the citizenery. They say they need more $$$ perhaps they just need people that will work. Thank God for the Military at least they do the job that is necessary.
