I usually cut the skin just below the head and take a pair of skinning pliers and pull the skin off. Cut the head off and pull the guts out and trim the belly off just past the A-hole.

So, now that thats all done, where do you catch all these cats? Due to job requirements, I haven't been able to get out any this year but "hopefully" I'll be able to do a little this fall.
